The Neapolitan tradition in pastry, the pastry with quality, has very strict rules and uses the highest quality materials, state of the art manufacturing and a lot of passion for the job.
Our Chalet is equipped with three laboratories. In each, we produce on a daily basis all the desserts that we offer and also the products we make at specific times of the year.
The recipes come from far away; are the result of decades of experience of our master confectioners. Each product is the result of the mastery of our chef and is the subject of high quality controls.
